Event concludes

Warm-up: Please line up at the 2km Fun Run and 5K run staging areas by 8:40 a.m. in order to beat the crowds and enjoy the pre-race warm-up.

All 5km participants that have not left the team meeting area by 8:40 a.m. risk not making it to the start line by 9:00 a.m. in time for the shotgun start. Please remember to take all your belongings with you or check it at the Gear and Bike Check.

Parking is extremely limited so we suggest taking transit, biking, or carpooling as an alternative.  A complimentary bike check will also be available on race day so you can secure your bike safely with our staff.

If you do require parking, free parking is available at BC Children's Hospital on Sunday, June 4. To access this free parking, please enter and exit from the Oak Street Entrance.  Limited parking is available in the underground lot, or head further east (towards Heather Street) for additional parking. Access the RBC Race for the Kids site via 29th Ave.

Medical Services

Medical services are headquartered at the event site near the washrooms and also roaming on the race route.

Lost & Found

On the post-run festival site: all lost and separated people can check-in at the Lost & Found tent located by the main stage. The stage manager will make the necessary announcements and stay with the lost party until they are picked up.

On the route: look for 'Meeting Place' signs or one of the water stations on the course, or report to any volunteer in ORANGE to help notify our Course Manager.

Day of Registrations & Donations

Last minute registrations & donations will be accepted until 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. at the new Registrations and Donations tent.

Pick up your t-shirt and race bib the Friday or Saturday before race day at T-Shirt Pick-Up during the following times and locations:

CUSTOM T-SHIRTS can only be provided to team members who registered before the May 16 deadline. Any team members who register after 9:00 am on May 29 will need to pick up their individual t-shirt and race bib, separate from the group package, during race package pick up times. Please see the Team Resources section for further details and team deadlines.

Note: Last minute registrants are not guaranteed a RBC Race for the Kids T-shirt.
