Saturday, June 1, 2013 marks the 25th anniversary of the Chinese-Canadian Miracle Weekend for BC Children's Hospital Foundation
Funds raised through the Chinese-Canadian Miracle Weekend will go towards the Excellence in Child Health Fund, which is vital to our ability to meet the most critical health-care needs of BC’s children and youth today. This unrestricted donor support allows the hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and the Child & Family Research Institute to determine their needs on an annual priority basis so they can distribute resources where they are needed the most.

The 2012 Chinese-Canadian Miracle Weekend successfully raised $1,025,602!
Thank you to the caring members of the Chinese-Canadian community for making this year’s event so successful. We especially want to thank the generous sponsors, Miracle Maker Panelists, committee members, and volunteers for their hard work and dedication. The 2012 Chinese-Canadian Miracle Weekend launched its public campaign in April 2012 with an official reception, followed by a variety of fundraising activities. The campaign ended on Saturday, June 2, 2012 with a telethon on Fairchild Television, and radiothons on Fairchild Radio AM1470 and CHMB AM1320. During this time, all basic cable subscribers to Shaw Cable had complimentary access to the Fairchild TV channel.
