Thank you for supporting the 2017 Festival of Trees

The 26th anniversary of this beloved event celebrated with a record breaking 83 trees displayed throughout the halls of The Bay Centre.

Through the generosity of the Victoria community more than $163,000 was raised. These funds will help ensure the most urgent health needs of our patients are met as we conquer childhood disease like never before, provide our kids with specialized care to suit their unique needs, and do everything possible to not only treat kids when they're sick, but keep them healthy and safe in the first place.

On average, 22 children from Vancouver Island are treated at BC Children’s Hospital every day – that is almost one every hour.

Bring your brand to life and engage with over 650,000 visitors in the 2018 Festival of Trees. Download our 2018 sponsorship package or contact Shaun Cerisano for more information.

"Being a sponsor is part of our community team engagement, and something we are really proud of. It helps the kids in our community, is great for team building, solidifies our reputation for new recruits, and supports our marketing. A definite win for all!"

Congratulations to our 2017 winners:

A panel of judges and thousands of visitors cast their vote to name Victoria’s favourite tree, and while the competition was tight, there were some trees that the Victoria community thought stood out from the forest.

The Spirit of Giving category was introduced to encourage fundraising and acknowledge efforts made by the passionate teams who work year-round to raise funds to present as bribes. Over the years, however, this category has become so much more; it has evolved into a philanthropic movement that inspires change, and brings us together to improve the healthcare provided to kids in BC.
