Bob Noble, Infant Transport Team Paramedic

"The biggest reward I think with the transport paramedic team is the gratification you experience from seeing these young children and these babies get better right before your eyes. And the gratification that the families, the parents, the siblings all have for you once you're able to do your job and stabilize these kids."

"When we get letters and phone calls from families afterwards it is extremely gratifying, especially when things have worked out extremely well. There were a set of triplets that I cared for when I first started with the transport team, and 16/17 years later I saw photographs that they had sent of the three girls all grown up and healthy, and that's wonderful. You know that those kids have a full life in front of them and you've contributed and that's a great feeling."
