18th annual For Children We Care gala presented by the Metro Vancouver BMW Retailers raises $1.1 million for BC Children’s Hospital
A big round of applause goes to the For Children We Care gala committee, and their dedicated team of volunteers, for organizing another successful event in support of BC Children's Hospital. On February 2 close to 700 guests helped to raise an astounding $1,105,986 for the Campaign for BC Children, an initiative that supports the construction of the new BC Children's Hospital. With the addition of $940,000 in generous multi-year pledges announced at the event, the 2013 For Children We Care boasts a $2-million impact on the delivery of care to BC's children.
